Although I have tried yoga as a beginner in a number of different settings in the past, I never truly appreciated the power and beauty of yoga until attending Still Within. I've attended quite a few yoga sessions led by Aparna and have always felt so good after each one of those sessions. She brings such a friendly and lively vibe to the class! Her instructions are crisp and easy to understand. I like that she encourages the use of props some times to help get into a posture more easily. Props or otherwise, it's such a feel-good experience to attend her sessions! I really miss doing yoga with her now that she isn't in India anymore. Hopefully i'll get to attend her sessions some time in Canada!
